To manage physical growth of the practice, offices were opened in Mount Vernon in 1991, Richland in 1995, Everett and Yakima in 1997, and Redmond in 2000. There are now full time offices in Renton and Issaquah as well.

The physicians are specialists who have been certified by the American Board of Allergy & Immunology. In addition, they are trained in pediatrics or internal medicine, and are certified by the American Board of Pediatrics or American Board of Internal Medicine. The physicians are members of the clinical faculty of the University of Washington School of Medicine, and its affiliated hospitals.
