Directions
From Hwy I-82 (North or South)
Take exit 34 to Nob Hill Blvd and go west about 4 ½ miles. Turn left on S. 40th Ave. Go about a ½ mile to Creekside Loop and turn left (you'll see Creekside Dental on the corner). Follow Creekside Loop around to the right. Our office will be on the right side in the 3901 Building, Suite 100.
From Hwy 12 (or the old office)
Take the 40th Ave exit off Rte 12. Go south on 40th Ave for about 2 ½ miles. Continue thru the light at Nob Hill Blvd for about another ½ mile to Creekside Loop and turn left (you'll see Creekside Dental on the corner). Follow Creekside Loop around to the right. Our office will be on the right side in the 3901 Building, Suite 100.
Note: Creekside Loop has 2 entrances, one a block south- so if you take that entrance, the road will curve around to the left and we will be on your left.
